Our team right now, is two families, the Davises and the Fishers, who came from South Carolina to Colorado in March of 2009 to plant a church in the Brighton area. We were sent out by Heritage Bible Church in Greer, SC, and some other families are praying and thinking about coming out to help too.

Davises
Todd Davis was ordained by Heritage Bible Church in February of 2009 to be the church planting pastor for this church. Carissa is his wife. She works as a part-time dental hygienist at Quebec Square Family Dentistry in Stapleton and is a full-time mom to Brode, their 3-year-old son. Todd and Carissa have another boy on the way in early December. Along with the Scriptures, theology, & church, Todd loves sports, most of all the Chicago Cubs & UK Wildcats, but now the Broncos & Rockies too. The whole family loves the outdoors, so they’re very excited about living in this part of the country & getting to point others who also love this area to the Creator, Sustainer, & Redeemer of all the earth.

Fishers
Ryan Fisher works in a public relations role for Jackson Marketing Group, a company based in Greenville, SC. Danielle loves her work as a labor and delivery nurse at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver. Ryan and Danielle don’t have any kids yet, but they do have a dog named Wilson (& the Davises have a greyhound named Keeli). The Fishers love church life too, building relationships with others, and using their ministry gifts in a variety of ways. Ryan and Danielle also love sports and outdoor recreation, so they’re enjoying their new life in Colorado.
The Davises and Fishers have been good friends for several years, and have been planning toward this church planting effort for a number of years. They’re very excited about the opportunity to put these plans into motion, to see who else will join in the effort, and to see whom they will have the privilege of building relations with and serving.
Todd,
Good to see the work you have set out to do. Wish I could come visit. Maybe someday

Hi Todd,
You don’t know me, but my name is Bill Roach. I am a 1985 graduate of BJU and my family lives east of Brighton at 120th and Picadilly Rd (by Barr Lake.) I have lived in Colorado since 1991and in the Brighton area since 1998. My wife and I have 6 children at home and I have a Farmers Insurance Agency in Arvada. I also serve as President of Christian Home Educators of Colorado. We attend Reformation Church in Castle Rock. It is in the OPC (Orthodox Presbyterian Church.)
I heard recently that there was going to be a church plant sent from Heritage Bible Church and googled my way to your website. My wife and I both attended Heritage while we lived in Taylors in the mid 1980s.
I was wondering if I might be able to take you to lunch sometime and hear of the vision that God has placed on your heart for the Brighton area.
You can reach me at my work number-303-422-6123 or you can email me at bill@chec.org.
I look forward to meeting you…
Bill Roach
Hello Davises and Fishers,
Trust you all are having a great Lord’s day! Today at HBC in Greenville we dedicated the new wing of the building. Using the text of Matt. 16:13-20 – Danny mentioned that Christ uses PEOPLE not buildings to build His church and mentioned the goal of HBC to plant churches. This made me think of you guys in Colorado.
I know we have not told you before now, but we have been praying for you guys out there. I know it’s in the formation stage, but that’s fun too. If Monique and I can help you in any way besides prayer support let us know!
